Feby Joseph is a highly qualified and detail-driven Senior Quantity Surveyor with over a decade of experience in the construction and turnkey interior fit-out sectors across India and Ireland. Throughout her career, she has contributed to the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects spanning commercial, hospitality, industrial, residential, and large-scale infrastructure developments.
Known for her precision and methodical approach, Feby specialises in cost estimation, tendering, and budget control. Her expertise ensures that projects remain financially sound, efficiently executed, and delivered on time. She works closely with multidisciplinary teams to align cost planning with project goals from inception to completion.
Feby holds a Civil Engineering Diploma with First Class Distinction from Anna University and is proficient in a range of industry-standard tools, including AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and Microsoft Office. Her technical acumen, combined with strong communication and analytical skills, make her a vital contributor to the success of every project she undertakes.
Jonathan Watson
Project Manager
Jonathan brings over 20 years of experience in joinery manufacturing and installation to his role as Project Manager. Beginning his career as an apprentice cabinetmaker, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of the industry, progressing through hands-on craftsmanship to leadership roles across design, buildability, installation, commercial management, and project delivery.
Known for his keen eye for detail, Jonathan is meticulous in the planning and execution of every project. He is passionate about staying ahead of trends in style and design and thrives on collaborating with external design teams to help bring their visions to life. His commitment to researching new technologies and process improvements ensures that projects are not only delivered to the highest standard but also provide clients with exceptional value and satisfaction.
A valued and dedicated member of the team, Jonathan approaches each challenge with enthusiasm and professionalism. His deep industry knowledge and proactive mindset make him a key asset to the company’s continued success.
Outside of work, Jonathan is a keen sports enthusiast and enjoys spending quality time with his family.
