Tom is a graduate of Athlone Institute of technology and has been involved in the joinery and wood innovations industry for the last 30 years. Tom worked in managerial positions with a number of the large joinery businesses in the midlands after graduating from college before setting up his own commercial joinery company in 1998. Tom’s entrepreneurial vision and drive are the key to FJS Joinery Solution’s success. The Company’s sustained performance, development and growth is testament to his leadership skills and entrepreneurial awareness. His quality ethos and cautious decision making, has earned FJS Joinery Solutions the reputation as a solid family owned company. Tom is a family man and a highly respected member of the manufacturing and construction community.
Alan Maher

Alan comes from a joinery fitting & highly skilled craftsman background, having ran his own business for a number of years. Alan brings an indebt knowledge and a range of expertise to FJS Joinery Solutions. Alan has been part of FJS Management for the past three years.He leads our team as Commercial Project and Quality assurance manager, overseeing and co-ordinating all projects undertaken by the company.

Peter Furlong
Production Facilitator
Qualifications: First class honours degree in BSC in Furniture & Wood Technology from NCJ Excellance Letterfrack, Co. Galway. Peter’s major area of study to date has been lean manufacturing incorporating the cost-effective way to improve production through automation and study of the lean manufacturing pioneers in industry. Peter received an award for the highest exam results in Letterfrack. Peter’s role in FJS Joinery Solutionsis to ensure the smooth annd seamless operation of the production line. Peter co -ordinates with the other team members regarding the production of a top quality product on time and within budget for each project.

Kevin Keogh
Commercial Production Manager.
Kevin is a master wood craftsman having worked with the company and its directors since inception. Kevin has 30 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial joinery manufacturing and is an expert fitter who personally oversees each project from careful examination & shop drawings to ensuring design will work to the clients’ specification to quality assurance scrutiny on production and fit. Kevin is an integral part of FJS Joinery Solutions.
Shauna Corroon
Project Engineer & Estimator.
Shauna is an honour graduate from the National centre of Excellence for Furniture Design Wood Technology Letterfrack Co. Galway. She has a BSC Honours in Furniture & Wood Technology. Her major area of study was furniture, project management, automation and 3D drawing. Shauna’s prepares all drawings for the company producing 3 D CAD Drawings from Architect shop drawings. Shauna prepares all pricing and tendering documents for all projects for FJS Joinery Solutions.
Shauna Corroon

Michael Considine
Site Project Manager
Michael is a qualified commercial fitter with over 15 years’ experience in commercial joinery fit out. Michael has been with the FJS Joinery Solutions since inception also and is a master craftsman. Michael has worked on all large projects undertaking by the company to date leading the fitting team and ensuring fitting of the highest standard.
